This is most definitely a crowd pleasing class, especially the corn ribs!  We know it’s going to excite your taste buds – that’s a promise! Mexican street food, is simple to create and extra delicious.

• Cauliflower tacos with pico de gallo
• Mexican tomato and capsicum rice
• Baked black bean burritos with a spicy tomato sauce
• Classic guacamole
• Charred corn ribs with chipotle mayo
