A great combination of grains and vegetables – this salad is made using Israeli/Pearl cous cous and quinoa with a medley of roast vegetables, fresh parsley and coriander, olives and sundried tomatoes.

OPTIONS
Two sizes Medium and Large.  Not available gluten free.

Medium – 193mm x 138mm x48mm (serves 4  – 6 as a side dish)

Large – 295mm  x 237mm x 49mm (serves 6 – 8 as a side dish)

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS
Serve cold or take out of fridge and our before your feast to enjoy it at room temperature.

All meals are made to order for pick up on Friday or Saturday.  Meals are made fresh (not frozen). To pick up on the Friday or Saturday, orders must be placed by the Sunday before, by midnight.  To pre-order for a future date or party please send an email at [email protected] to discuss your catering order.
